They can discover the main barriers of achieving deep work and increasing productivity in their teams, in addition to some practical suggestions for resolving them.

Team Leads and Scrum Masters can take advantage of a comprehensive monitoring dashboard, which enables them to monitor their teams’ productivity.

The dashboard illustrates how productive each team is performing in terms of the total time spent in deep working state – that means working in a high focus state with minimum distraction – relative to the total time working. Deep work is, in fact, the set of activities performed in a state of distraction-free concentration that push our cognitive capabilities to their limit.

Furthermore, team leads receive insights on what the barriers to achieve deep work are for their teams, plus points of improvement for resolving them.
